Usually, yes. We start with a review so we know what we're taking on, then move it over carefully.
Do we have to host with you to get a care plan?
No. We can look after your site where it lives now, as long as the host gives us the access we need.
What happens if the site goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us, and we start working on it, often before you notice anything.
Can we cancel?
[CONFIRM] Yes. Plans run month to month. If you leave, we help move your site wherever you want it.
Do you only work with Minneapolis businesses?
No. We're based in Minneapolis and work with clients across the Twin Cities, Minnesota, and the US. We're happy to meet for coffee in Minneapolis or St. Paul, and video calls work fine everywhere else.
